1. Purpose
1.1. This subscription assigns the ownership of the Union Website under GramWeb and the entrepreneurship of the information services as the Union Information Entrepreneur (UIE).
1.2. This subscription also entrusts with the participation in implementing information based social services for the unreached people and building a Social Information Infrastructure (SII) model in Bangladesh.

2. Duration and Renewal
2.1. This subscription shall be in effect from the date of signing and shall remain valid for one year.
2.2. This subscription shall be annually renewable subject to the payment of annual subscription fee. This fee is payable at least one month prior to the date of expiry.
2.3. If not renewed, the ownership of this website shall be returned to GramWeb with the current contents.

3. Package Content
3.1. GramWeb Union website that includes –
3.1.1. Website template with Content Management System (CMS)
3.1.2. Hosting support with unlimited webspace
3.1.3. Union Baseline Information (statistical index as of BBS)
3.1.4. Village Information Profile (VIP) documents
3.2. GramWeb Email account
3.3. Technical support for website operation
3.4. One time training on VIP and data collection methodology
3.5. One time technical training on data upload process and site management techniques

4. Responsibilities of the Union Information Entrepreneur (UIE)
4.1. Development of Union website using the template of GramWeb
4.2. Maintenance of the website and regular content update
4.3. Promotion of GramWeb to society
4.4. Share business information as requested by GramWeb for further development of the application and services
4.5. Comply with the business policies and plan of GramWeb
4.6. Secure the user account for the website provided by GramWeb from being used by any unauthorized persons

5. Finance
5.1. Subscription of the Union website is subject to the annual subscription fee determined by GramWeb.
5.2. The annual subscription fee shall not be refundable in case of surrender or termination of the subscription.
5.3. Any revenue generated from this website will belong to the Subscriber.
5.4. GramWeb may charge the Subscriber for providing any extra training or support.

6. Guarantee
6.1. GramWeb shall hold the joint ownership of all the contents produced in the Union website.
6.2. GramWeb shall reserve the rights for placing additional content in the website, modifying the website template and regulate the usage and operation of the Union website.
6.3. Subscriber shall not produce any illegal or abusing or unauthorized information in the website. If produce such, subscriber shall be solely responsible to undergo any applicable legal action and GramWeb shall have the right to moderate over the content.
6.4. GramWeb shall have the right to cease the subscription if the website is found not operational with regular information update as per GramWeb policy.
6.5. The subscriber cannot, without prior written approval of GramWeb, transfer the ownership of the Union website issued to the subscriber, or allow any unauthorized person to use the same. An unauthorized transfer of the ownership shall entitle GramWeb to terminate the subscription forthwith.
6.6. Subscriber may surrender the subscription at any time with a sixty days prior notice in writing.
6.7. GramWeb is under study to improve the features, functionalities and the business model. Therefore, it does not warrant that descriptions of the application and the business model are accurate or error-free. There may be slight mismatch, temporary deviation or small differences in the application, information and business process.
6.8. Neither party is responsible for damages or delay in performance caused by natural disaster, strikes lockout, accidents and other events like political crisis beyond their control.
6.9. Breach of any of the terms and conditions by any of the two parties shall lead to termination of this subscription. On termination, GramWeb shall reserve the access right and the contents of the Union website.
6.10. Any dispute rises regarding any of the above mentioned terms and conditions shall be resolved under the laws and regulations of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
